To Lee and the entire Moyst family,
My condolences to you and to all who knew Gerard. Words cannot express the shock and sadness when I received the news of Gerard’s passing on Saturday. Together we’ve been a part of the m5 family for over 20 years and I have a number of great memories of Gerard including the time I accidentally tipped the Seadoo at our m5 summer party and put Gerard into the water (with Gerard wearing jeans and his pay cheque in his pocket!). I also vividly remember him in Lederhosen and playing the accordion at a company Christmas party as he welcomed everyone to the venue. So many memories… the countless times Gerard played guitar at our summer parties, his sense of humour, his awesome printing (always admired his penmanship!), his work friendship with Tony Dunn and so many more great memories. These have brought smiles to faces as some of us have reminisced over the past few days. I know Gerard will be missed by the m5ers who worked with him for so many years. Unfortunately I’ll be away for work on Wed and Thu so I won’t be able to meet you. I hope your memories will also get you through the days and weeks ahead. You are in my thoughts.

We are so sorry about Gerard’s passing. All we can do is to offer our sincere condolences to all the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Doreen and Family, so sorry to hear of Gerard’s passing. My thoughts and prayers and with you.

We would like to pass on our sincere condolences to family and friends.

In honour of Gerard, we hope you all continue the traditional kitchen parties. I think he would like that.

We celebrate and honour him. May God be with him.

My sincere condolences on Gerard’s passing. His talent and humour will never be forgotten. Gerard made his mark as a dear friend and co-worker to so many of us. Guitars, good times and great laughs. Gerard will be deeply missed.

Doreen, so sorry for your loss. You’ll always have your cherished memories. Take care and God bless.
