
Heather Lyon was a daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, an aunt, and everyones friend. She always had a smile on her face and was always there to listen if you needed some advice, her heart was so big. She would always help you in whatever was she could. She loved hard and always knew how to have a good time and make you laugh. a beautiful woman in every way and will be missed by all she knew. She is now at peace and will be our guardian angel. Rest easy sweet lady.
Heather is predeceased by her parents George and Flora Hollett, sister Roz (Clayton) Searle, and brother Wayne Hollett.
Leaving to mourn sons Daryl (Lillian Lush-Lyon) , Wayne Lyon, and Travis Lyon; sisters Kim Solaway, Marilyn Rumbolt (Paul Rideout); sister in law Marlene Hollett; Grandchildren Kylie Lyon and Emily Lush-Lyon; nieces Shania Jana, Keelia Jana, and Eryka Baptiste; nephew Ken Hollett; along with many members of the Barnes and Langor families.
Visitation will be held at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater road, from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Monday January 19th.
A funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, January 20th at 1 p.m.

From afar, it was easy to observe Wayne’s love for his mom was something you could always see and feel. In every photo they shared and every story he told, it was clear how close they were. That kind of connection doesn’t end—it lives on in memories, in stories, and in the love that continues through family.
