Rip you was a real one:(

Very upsetting news hearing of Jan’s passing. She and I go back many years and have maintained contact always. Our lives went in different directions as time passed but when possible we would connect again .There were many happy moments . Jan loved to entertain and was always very professional in her work.My condolences go out to Jan’s family and friends. Rest in peace dear soul.,

Jan is my grandma. I’m 16 and all of my life she was so so important to me, a role model. I want to be like her, she’s so kind and generous and so funny. I wish I could give her one last hug or hear her say she loves me the mosy just once more. She is definitely having fun up in heaven in a beautiful garden with all of her pets and baking cookies and cake.

Sue. I’m so sorry to read of Jan’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time Hugs.

Jan was a mentor and a friend, she brought a strong wit and sense of humour to any interactions. My condolences to her family and friends.
Sincerely, Gerry Marshall

Somehow, after too many years, my brother, Sandy and I connected up with Janet. She and Bud hosted us and our wives for several wonderful dinners. That was at least 15 years ago. Of course, I knew Janet well growing up but as adults we went our separate ways. Lucky enough to enjoy her company again, I remember her hosting 3 to 4 foreign students, a couple of large dogs and probably a cat or two, all of whom she made to feel completely at home. Her warmth and friendliness belied an intelligent and well-organized lady. I deeply regret not having seen more of her. She will certainly be missed.
So sorry to learn of Janet’s passing Susan.
Long lost Cousin Ken .

A very special person that deserves a very special mention and her name is Nichole McGrath. Our mother loved her as much as a mother could. There is a special place for them all on the other side.
They are blessed.

We knew Jan a long time she was so loving and a very caring person. We will miss you so much fly high with the angels. R.I.P. Jan

I love you Mom, I just wish I could have told you just one more time! You were my rock and I will cherish every moment we had forever, thank you for always being there for me. I love you with all my heart and just wish I could have been there with you for your last moments which you deserved to be with your family. I will see you on the other side one day, save a spot for me. Your loving son

I met Jan several years ago. She was a kind & amazing lady. Fly with the angels.

You taught me so much. You kept your promise to my mother and stepped in when I lost her at such a young age. My girls only knew you as Grammie and you brought them home from the hospital with beaming pride. You hand stitched my wedding veil and we shared so much laughter and tears. You may be gone but never from my heart or memories. Love Nicie and your two grand daughters Rachel and Eden.

From her son’s Craig and Tyler we will miss our mother. You can’t appreciate things until they are gone.. Truer words have not been spoken.
God’s speed mother, God’s speed.
