Obituary
Passed peacefully away on November 16, 2021, Jessie May Cheater, at the age of 93. Leaving to mourn Arthur Cheater, her husband of 68 years, her children Wayne (Jakki Annerino), Elaine (Ron Plankeel), and Judy; her grandchildren Melissa (Travis Shipley), James, Alan, Angela (Patrick Halley), and Alex; and her many nieces and nephews. Jessie is predeceased by her parents, Albert and Edith Ryan, and by her sisters and brothers: Wallace, Hayward, Stanley, Cyril, Lilly, Rene, Rowena, Annie, Rosely, and Emma. A beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Jessie was a splendid cook and baker who enjoyed being busy. She loved flowers, music, her church, and all God’s creatures. Thanks to the staff on 4 South East, Pleasant View Towers, who cared for her in her final months. Funeral service to take place at 1 pm, November 22, 2021 at The Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
