My deepest condolences to Joan’s family. I had the pleasure of meeting Joan when I worked with Northern Property and I rented her the apartment at Kelly’s Brook, She used to have me in the knots laughing every time I’d bump into her while I was at the building. She was one of a kind, such a sweet, lovable, kind, funny and upbeat person. May she rest in peace and fly high with the Angels.
