Obituary
John Butler passed away at the age of 76 after a lengthy illness on August 3rd 2026.
Predeceased by his wife Sandra in 2023, and his Father and Mother Cecil + Sybil Butler; and his brother Frank.
Leaving to mourn his best friend Savannah Squires, and all of Sandra’s family whom he loved, especially Shirley.
Donations may be made to the Janeway Foundation in memory of John’s niece, Natasha Parrell.
A service will be held in the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Saturday August 8th 2026, at 11 a.m.
My sincere condolences to all. John was the definition of a fighter. He fought a long hard battle and can finally rest in peace. I’m sure Sandra is waiting to greet him with open arms. Love to all.

To John’s family,
I have known John for many years now. I went to school with his brother, Frank, from grade school right up until graduation. I knew their Mom, Sybil, from Elim days. My condolences to the family during this difficult time.
