When i moved to St. John’s in 1973 , John was one of the first people i met at Read, Watson, Hyslop and Cooper.. if I recall he had just recently become a CA.. John worked with me as my manager and we worked hard especially in those first few years of the newly established Clarkson, Gordon firm.. I must say John along with a few others was a major contributor to the success of Clarkson , Gordon Office in Newfoundland…
The last time I had seen John was on a visit back to St. John’s in the late nineties.. it was very nice to see he had gone on to a very successful career.
His hard working nature, his personal qualities, trustworthy nature and being an all around nice guy and his smarts were major contributors to his success..
it’s sad to hear of his passing May he Rest In Peace! He will be missed

To all Johns Family
I am so sorry to learn of Johns passing , my thoughts and Prayers are with you all , may he Rest In Peace .
