So sorry to hear of John’s passing. He was always so kind and full of interesting conversations. I owe John a big thank you for encouraging my father Doug Laite to learn how to cook. Legend has it that on one of their first salmon trips together, John assured dad that he would not have to worry about bringing food for the weekend. John would take care of it. Apparently onion sandwiches were on the menu, possibly the only item on the menu from the aftermath that I heard. They enjoyed many trips together there after. He will be missed.

Lou and family, so sorry to learn of Johns passing,, our sincerest sympathy to you all.

We offer our thoughts and prayers to Lucy and her family on John’s passing. On the occasions when we met over the years he always expressed his great love and dedication for his family. He was also a very knowledgeable and engaging conversationalist on the issues of the day. John had a very successful career in his various business adventures. May He Rest In Peace.
