Obituary
Passed away suddenly at home on June 26th, 2016, John William Penton, Aged 68. Predeceased by parents Ignatius and Mary, brothers Michael, Joseph, and John, and sister Margaret. Leaving to mourn brothers Edward (Carmelita), Gerard (Helen), and Ignatius (Lillian); sister Mary (Lenny); and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will accept visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater road on Thursday, June 30th, 2016 from 2 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in The Carnell Memorial Chapel on Friday, July 1st, 2016 at 2 p.m., with inurnment to follow in the St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery, Pouch Cove. I was talking to my mom tonight and only found out about your passing. I was very shocked and sad. I will now be looking for you sitting on the bench on ruth ave everything i pass while im driving. I use to see you there at least twice a week. RIP John
