Obituary
Passed peacefully away at her home on July 10, 2019, Josephine Bussey, aged 97 years.
Predeceased by her parents Frederick and Gertrude Wells; her husband Thomas Bussey (2004), her sister Alma French (2008) and her son Peter Bussey (January 5, 2019).
Leaving to mourn with fond memories her son Derek Bussey.
Special thank you to the nurses of Eastern Health and the home care workers of CareGivers and Tender Loving Care for their help in taking care of Mom these past 4 months.
Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, July 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 75 Kiwanis Street, St. John’s, on Friday, July 12 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow, with inurnment at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Josephine’s memory may be made to Heavenly Creatures or a charity of one’s choice.
