“She has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much; who has gained the respect of intelligent men and the love of little children; who has filled her niche and accomplished her task; who has left the world better than she found it, whether by an improved poppy, a perfect poem, or a rescued soul; who has never lacked appreciation of earth’s beauty or failed to express it; who has always looked for the best in others and given the best she had; whose life was an inspiration; whose memory a benediction.” (Bessie A. Stanley)

So many good memories of time spent with Jo. From drinking tea after class to ministering together in Newfoundland, she always had a heart for hospitality and for others. Sara and I will miss her deeply and are praying for the family and friends who she leaves behind.
As we mourn we remember the faith that she had in Jesus and celebrate her home-going. Well done faithful servant.
