Dear Des&Family, we are so sorry to hear of Kevin’s Passing. Though we haven’t seen him for many years I remember meeting up with him and doing many walks around the lake, and his genuine interest in our family. Always considered him to be very kind and considerate to others. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this terrible time. The world has indeed lost one of its nice people and may he truly rest in peace, Ted&Gerri Gardner, Quispamsis, NB

Des, Kim and Murphy Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you on Kevin’s passing.
Kevin and I met on our first day of high school at Gonzaga and became great friends. Kevin would often say our friendship began with a borrowed pencil !
Over the years, we shared lots of great memories, laughter and milestone events with Kevin and his family. One of my fondest memories as a teenager was Friday nights at the Murphy household. Mr. & Mrs. Murphy routinely went grocery shopping on Friday evenings and always treated us to ice cream on their return home which was quite a treat back in the day.
We hope Kevin’s happy spirit will always be with you and bring peace in your hearts.
Rest in Peace my friend.

So sad to hear of Kevin’s passing. He was a fine man, a good friend and great co worker., In the old days of ISP working out of 310. We all shared many good times and I have many fond memories of those years.. Kevin had a wonderful sense of humour and I remember well the pranks and stories we all shared. Always the sharp dresser, I don’t think he ever had a “bad hair” day in his entire life. He was a genuine soul who will be missed by all. God bless.

Kevin’s Family….Kevin used to visit the EAS Office in Bonavista years ago as part of Service Canada’s outreach service. He’d provide information and answer inquires on CPP etc…what a wonderful soul. Good for a laugh and cared so deeply about those less fortunate. Its been many years since we last spoke but I will remember him very fondly.
