Maureen Gertrude Clarke (known by many as Nana) passed peacefully away on November 11, 2024, with her loving family at her side.

Maureen G Clarke, age 76 leaving to mourn, daughter Ann Marie and son in law David (MacLean); three adored grandchildren, Josh, Keira and DJ; brothers, Joe (Irene), Wall (Janet), Greg (Geraldine), Ray (Joanna) and Richard (Lorilee); sisters Eileen, Bernadette (Bernie) and many nephews and nieces and family members and friends. Predeceased by husband Tom, mother Rose and father Frank.

Thank you to Dr. Malec, Dartmouth Emergency for the (5E, 3E) outstanding care, Brianna from 5E who will always be remembered for the love and support given to Mom and family.

Thank you to Uncle Joe and Uncle Wall for all the support given.

Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 7-9 p.m. on Friday June 20^th.

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 21^st, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
