Paul has left a big hole in many a heart that loved and appreciated him. He was a fine human being.. And he loved to talk about his children and grandchildren of whom he was so very proud and to who he was absolutely committed. He has left his footprints all over this island and he and his kindness will be remembered by so many. Such a loss for his family.

I knew Paul for many years through the Newfoundland and Labrador surveyors association.
Paul was a very kindhearted soul and had a very good sense of humour.
We shared many good times at the Newfoundland land, surveyors convention meetings, and also on the road, as he worked with Newfoundland Hydro and I worked with the provincial government.
Paul will be sadly missed. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
