Passed suddenly away on March 20th, 2017, Randolph William Bruce Rowe, aged 63 years. Predeceased by his father Raymond Rowe. Leaving with fond and loving memories his mother Louise; daughter Michelle (Junior) Rowe; sons Jamie (Sabrina) Power, Randy (Donna) Rowe, and Raymond (Jamie-Lynn) Rowe; 6 grandchildren; brothers Rick (Judy), Paul (Dawn), Robert (Sharon), and Ray (Marlene); sisters Roxanne (Doug), Lynn (Ian, deceased), and Sherry (Ron); nieces, nephews, and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road. The family will receive visitors on Friday, March 24th, 2017 from 2 – 4 p.m and 7 – 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 25th, 2017 at 11 a.m in the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Flowers gratefully accepted.
