To Richard’s Family;
I well remember Richard’s visits to the Shoreline News office years back when he was Mayor of St. Thomas. He had an intimate knowledge of his town and expressed it . I also remember when he installed a flag poll in front of the office and gave us instructions on the proper protocol on positioning of the flags. And, we had a few great laughs as Richard possessed a unique sense of humour, as did we. We lost contact after his political days, but his name often came up for years to come. Please accept my sincere condolences on you loss!
