Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, pap pap, and brother. Robert (Bob) Hoffe passed peacefully away at his residence surrounded by his family on October 11, 2021, after a short battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father (Lionel Hoffe) and mother (Hazel Wells). Survived by his devoted wife of 49 years (Maxine), daughters (Michelle, Crystal, and Sharleen), sister (Mona), brothers (Ross and Dave), sons-in-law (Chris, Jeremy, and Clive), and grandchildren (Kyra, Jacob, Carter, Jaclyn, and Avalynn). Many thanks to the staff of 4NB at the HSC and Carnell’s Funeral Home for their kindness and care. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held on Change Islands on October 19, 2021. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob’s memory to the St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, Change Islands (North Island, Main Street North, Change Islands, NL, A0G 1R0). Bob’s stories, wit and laugh will be forever loved and missed.

May Christ, who was crucified for you, bring you freedom and peace. May Christ, who died for you, admit you into his garden of paradise.”

Though I did not know bob personally I did get to know his brother Ross and his wonderful parents, having spent an entire summer with them.
