We are deeply saddened to realize today that Neil has passed away.. It was always a pleasure to run into him occasionally and catch up on things going on in his life. He was such a joy to be with and he always recalled his time at PWC. We are sending sincere condolences to all the members of his family on this sad occasion.

My sincere condolences to the entire Mifflin family on the passing of Neil, one of my favourite customers at my SDM location in Churchill Square. He and I had many conversations about his diabetes and how it affected his life. His late dad,Arthur, was always worried about Neil and his diabetes when Arthur was alive. I reassured Arthur that Neil was a strong individual and would adapt to his illness. Neil was always so friendly and polite and just a pleasant individual to be around. Another young person leaves this earth too early. I only hope all his siblings remember and cherish Neil ‘s memories as I will. RIP Neil my favourite.
