Condolences to Rod’s family and other friends. He was like a brother to me. I’m going to miss our email exchanges. I guess he can hang out, party, bicker and jam with Doug Ivey now, whether above or below. R.I.P. Mr Wills.

I would just like to say he was kind person and he would love to chat to anyone even if you were having a a bad night he help you out. Great guy and and will be missed by all.

My sincere condolences to all of Rod’s family and friends. May he RIP.

My condolences to The Wills Family. Rod was a close friend that will be dearly missed. his laughter was infectious and made him the centre of attention in any room. It was a thrill to bare witness to his talent as we shared the stage and to have him as a friend to guide and warmly welcome me to Toronto when I made the move. Rest peacefully my friend!

I will miss you forever, Rod. You were a best friend and a brother to me. A musical partner and an honorary uncle to my daughter. Like brothers, we fought sometimes and made up. We made over 60 songs together and I’ll do my best to get everything out in a boxed set.
From the moment you broke Randy Rhoades death to me, to the night and morning we spent with Maiden and everything in between and afterwards, our friendship was a mind-blowing rollercoaster. How we made it through some of the adventures is a mystery.
The world is a little smaller, a little colder and a lot less interesting now… god speed. I love you, bro.

I was very sadden to hear of Rodney’s passing. It was many years ago that I knew him from Junior High but I remember him well as being very kind and my thoughts go out to his Family during this time of loss.
