Dear Gillian, Robin and Jamie. I am devastated to hear of your mother’s passing. She was a dear and great friend of mine at Macpherson and PWC . We all had so much fun with Ruthie hanging out at her pad on Kings Bridge Rd , roller skating ,partying at Fluffs and getting into mischief with Brenda.. It seems like the good old days For sure.. She had so much charisma and always fun and a good friend to so many. Especially Barbie. She was a strong woman and journeyed through some tough times but kept that beautiful smile. May peace and love be with all her family and friends. She is in my prayers. Sincerely Ronda Lake Parker

My heart goes out to you, Gillian, and to your sisters and family.

Ruthie was always a bright light and such fun. She shared so much laughter with us in our work as The Brinton Hot Dog Ladies, but only Ruthie could find hot dog earrings to complete her outfit and honour the “gravitas” of our work.

Sweet memories.

Please accept my deepest condolences.
