It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Stewart “Frazer” Harding, surrounded by his family, on July 30, 2025, at the age of 84.
Frazer was predeceased by his parents, John and Francis Harding; his parents-in-law, Cyril and Loretta Kennedy; and his brother, Trevor Harding.
Left with loving memories are his devoted wife, Patricia Harding, and their loyal dog, Molly. Frazer will be remembered with love by his children, Lori Vinnicombe (Sean) and Bernard Doyle (Heather), Jim Doyle; his grandchildren: Megan (Beau), Rebecca (Kelley), Cyril (Sarah), Katie (Brandon), and Sean (Meaghan); and his great-grandchildren: Emily, Harold, and Kinsley.
He also leaves behind his brother Frank (Marilyn); brothers-in-law Jim, Jerome (Flo), Michael (Pansy), Patrick, and Douglas (Melita); and his cousin Gary Jones.
Frazer will be fondly remembered by special friends Karen and Stan, and Crystal, along with his dedicated homecare worker Tiko. The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to the Palliative Care Team, St. John’s Ambulance/Palliative Care Ambulance (especially Ashley), Nurse Kelly Ralph, Dr. Janes and Rosella, his barber Rick Harris, and Corey and the staff at Shea Heights Pharmacy for their exceptional care and support.
A proud lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #1, Stewart loved calling bingo, selling tickets and sharing laughter with his many friends there. He had a deep love for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and took great joy in taking them everywhere when they were younger. He also cherished going on vacations and spending time with his beloved wife, Patricia.
As per Frazer’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will be held with inurnment to take place at a later date.

I was so sorry to learn of Frazier passing.
I haven’t been out around the Legion lately and I often wondered about you two because the last time I saw you Frazier was not feeling well. He was a really nice guy to everyone, he will be missed. He put so much of himself into the Legion activities.
