Just saw this on line. “Memories light the corner of my mind. Misty water-coloured memories of the way we were”. When we were young. Thinking of you today.

A distant neighbor, but an extremely fine man. He loved to catch ball in the middle of the street (hill)/ My sincere condolences to Walter’s wife, son and extended family.

To Walter’s Family,

As a civil servant living and working in CBN and Trinity South, I had the honour and pleasure of knowing and consulting with Walter for many years, Often, we would drive to rural communities together. We had numerous pleasant, respectful conversations. He was a pleasant, thoughtful gentlemen, and I am grateful to have worked with him.
