Obituary
Passed peacefully away on October 5, 2021, after a short illness, at the Health Science Centre, William (Bill) Tee, age 78, of Burnt Cove, Newfoundland.
Leaving to mourn his three children, Jackie, Anna and Joey who loved and adored him. Also left to mourn his children’s mother, Marie Whitty, Bill’s son-in-law Corey Burke and daughter-in-law Lindsey Whitty.
Poppy will be missed by his precious grandchildren Dylan, Brady, Riley, Ryder, Chelsea, Ben,
Sophie, and Asher. Bill is also leaving behind his siblings Rosanne (Clar), Barbara (Kevin), David (Bertha), Eddie (Glorina), Eileen (Brian), Jimmy (Margie), and Chris (Diane), along with his many cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
A huge thank you to all who cared for Bill during these past years, especially the Tobin’s Guest Home staff and, most recently, the Health Science Centre medical staff at 4 South A. The family very much appreciated your care and compassion. For those who knew Bill knew that there wasn’t a duck in the ocean, a trout in the pond, or a fish in the sea that he couldn’t catch.
Funeral mass will be on Monday, October 11th, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church. Due to Covid restrictions mass will be by invite.
