To Barbara’s family:
You do not know me but I want to express my sympathy to all of you. Yesterday as I was reading the Carnell’s site I saw the name Barbara Smith. The name meant nothing to me but the face looked so familiar that I had to read the obituary and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I remember your mother so well from spending every summer in New Harbour visiting my grandparents (60 0r more years ago). Her face has not changed after all these years. She was a very vibrant. loving person, loved by everyone. Even now when we pass by Cranford’s Hotel location, very rarely) I always think about Barbara and wonder about her. Your loss is a heavy one, but you have been left a legacy of love that will evrywhere. God bless you.

Lori Ann & Families our heart, thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow.

Elizabeth- so sorry to hear of your mothers passing . My thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time.
