You continue to always shine the light into and around my life even though it feels like an eternity, DAD you are with me everyday, I love and miss you more with each passing day! You couldn’t and will never be forgotten!

“I’m tired of living in a small world
I need a big world
One where the stars still shine
My father’s only getting older
Said son I told ya
Don’t ever leave your past behind
Those same old stories
That used to bore me
Oh what I’d give to hear them one last time

I’m not ready
‘Cause I want the world to feel big
Like it did when we were
I want the world to feel big
Like it did when we were kids”

Love always,
Your little girl,
Kayla Trudy Ryan
Forever and always ill remember your laughter, jokes, love and most of all the strength each of those 3 things gave you!

So very sorry to hear the news of Dave’s passing. He was a lovely man. I recall Dave always making me feel very comfortable when I would visit the family when they lived on Parade St. in St. John’s. Dave’s brother, Derm and I were good friends as we played music a lot together. They were a very nice family and I miss them dearly. My fond condolences to the family. Bruce Jones.
