Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on December 23, 2022 at the age of 63, Roxanne Rose.
Predeceased by mother Emily (Jean) Budgell; father in law Al Rose; brothers in law Terry Rose and Brian Murphy.
Leaving to mourn husband Rick Rose; daughter Lynsey Rose; dad Bert Delaney; brother Bill Budgell (Sherry); four sisters Betty Murphy (Woody), Beverly Lieverse (John), Elaine Budgell (Gerald), and Glennys Delaney; sister in law Miranda Budgell; mother in law Mary Rose; two sisters in law Cathy Martin (Paul), and Patricia Rose; two brothers in law Derek Rose (Arlene), and Stephen Rose; special friends Chris Andrews, Betty Ann Barnes, and Linda Iveny. Also a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family & friends.
Special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses & staff at the Health Sciences Centre for the wonderful care.
Visitation and celebration of life will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from The Carnell Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2 p.m., with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road. The service will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name can be made to the Vera Perlin Society at 40 O’Leary Avenue, St John’s, NL A1E 3Y3.

Rick and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Roxanne was always a pleasure to run into. She was very considerate and we always enjoyed our chats. We’re thinking of you at this difficult time. Wayne and Gloria Mahon.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family today. Many memories of Roxanne are flowing through my mind of what was once our youth! Such sad news. Please know there are many people thinking and saying a quiet prayer for the family.
