Passed away February 20, 2024.
Predeceased by his parents Senator Chesley Carter and Mrs. Elsie Carter.
Leaving to mourn his life partner Ina Clarke; son Christopher Carter; daughter Jennifer Carter (Cameron); grandson Nicholas Carter; sisters Norma Butler (Sid) and Ann MacLean (Wayne).
Cremation has taken place. A family interment to follow.

So sad your dad has passed on. Alan & I were friends for may years. The last time we spoke was about 3 years ago walking around Quidi Vidi Lake; we chatted and finished off about getting together for lunch but we all know how time gets away from us. I have many good memories of him & I’m sure all your wonderful memories will be a comfort at this time to you all.
