Alice Marie Holloway

Passed peacefully away on July 1st at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family, Alice Holloway, aged 71 years. Predeceased by her parents James and Emma Duff; brother Jack Duff; baby sister Helen Duff; and sister’s in law Ada Snook and Christine Lambert. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 50 years Winston; her children Allison Pearcey (Steven), Valerie McNeil (John), Kimberly Vere-Holloway and Winston Holloway(Krista Brennan); grandchildren Troy Pearcey; Kara and Ashley McNeil; Winston and Brittany Vere-Holloway and Lucas Holloway; sister Nelly Bugden, brother Jim Duff (Diane); sisters in law Pearl Foley (Philip-deceased), Mary Kirby (Ed), Ruby Dodd (Edward); and Judy Mullett (Cliff); brothers in law Nelson Vere-Holloway (Bernice), Gary Vere-Holloway (Lucinda), Clarence Lambert and Jim Snook; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate Alice’s life will be held from The Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road, on Tuesday July 5 at 3:00 p.m.
