When Tomorrow Starts Without Me

Please try to understand that an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready in heaven far above, and that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love.  But when I walked through Heaven’s Gates, I felt so much at home, for God looked down, smiled at me and told me “Welcome Home”.  So, when tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right there in your heart.

I love my children

To my dear friend Val and your family. Your mom was one of a kind as you already know. To us “kids” that weren’t her own she welcomed into her home no questions asked. I also remember that you once told me your mom would never let you put qtips in your ears. You and I have had our differences because we were such so close friend.s. But no matter what I never felt out of place or unwelcome by your mom ever, she never judged me and that’s why I thought a lot about her. I remember thinking what a cool, pretty looking and fun mom she was. Always with the times.
So thank you Mrs. Lake for putting up with all of us for so many years. I’m glad you are a part of my memories. May you Rest In Peace Amen.
Love : Ann Marie (Annie) Goulding

So sorry for your loss. Growing up with Norma Jean as such a good friend, Annie has been a presence in my life forever. She will be greatly missed. Norma, you and your family are in my thoughts.

Annie, you will be missed. The last time I saw you was at the Tim’s, I sat and had a coffee with you. I met you first when we were fourteen. While I moved away at sixteen, we lost track. We got married for one thing. But anytime I saw you when I was home on holiday, it was just like I never left. We knew each other at sight. RIP Annie my first best friend. We all loved you so much. You were a beautiful person and always had a bright smile. Alicia (Lish Lee)
