Obituary
Returned peacefully to his heavenly father. Friday, September 1, 2023, at the age of 53.
He is predeceased by his daughter Jasmine, father Hubert, sisters Nadine, Ruth Ann, Dayna, and Tia.
Leaving to mourn his daughters Jade and Tegan MacDonald, son Jordan Thistle, life partner Angela Heath and her daughters Ashley and Katelyn, loving mother Doreen Hobbs, sisters and brothers Bonnie, Keith, Steve, Greg, Robert, Joy, Keisha, also many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, September 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Please note that Carnell’s is a nut free building, due to a staff member with a severe allergy. Thank you for understanding.

My sincere condolences to the entire Hobbs family. Brent was a great friend to me growing up and we continued to keep in touch as we grew older. A beautiful soul gone way too young. RIP my friend.

I hope you are at peace my friend. We have shared many messages back and forth over the last few years talking about old times and our families. As teenagers you started to call me Bull and to this day that nickname has stayed. I still tell that story to all who ask how I got that name. You’ll be missed by many but I will always remember you especially when I hear someone call me Bull. 😔
