I was so saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ron and I had many good times with Carol and John from when I started working with Carol in 1968 until she retired. So many memories. I learned during that time how much she loved her family, creating a special bond with her nieces and nephews, always telling me about their accomplisments, a very proud auntie. Again, our condolences.

Every workplace has an exceptional person but few could hold a candle to Carol. Carol knew the PUB better than anyone, she could find an order or a piece of a submission that was filed 20 years before in practically the time it took to boil a kettle. She smiled, she laughed, she was professional, she was admired and sought after across the country, she had the respect of all the regulated companies, operators of motor carriers, and intervenors alike. Most of all she was compassionate and kind and a very wonderful friend. Heaven is a better place today because she is there.
Our condolences at this very sad time,

Leslie and Denis Galway

Carol and I first met when I worked with NF Hydro and she worked with the PUB. After we both retired we bowled out of St. Pat’s on Fridays. She was a lovely, wonderful and awesome lady. I will miss you Carol, especially all the reminising we did about work times and old colleagues!! God Bless

I am so sad to hear this news today. Aunt Carol was an amazing, caring & thoughtful woman! I loved it when she used to come into the store to visit me! We’d have so much fun together! Her smile was contagious. She will be truly missed and I will be thinking about her and all of you guys. I’m so sorry for your loss.
