Yvonne,

Please accept our regrets and condolences. We can’t even imagine the great loss Bud’s death is for you and your large and loving family.

Lynn and I really enjoyed the time we spent in your and Bud’s good company. Mother, too, thought highly of Bud, remarking more than once that you married well when you married Bud. However, Implicit in her comment was that when Bud married you he did even better for himself. (Mother tended to show partiality toward her side of the family.).

Sorry that our condolences are belated.. The Goulding family’s communication network, which has always worked very efficiently, in this instance collapsed. We only learned of Bud’s death last night. We did not know that Bud was ill and were surprised, saddened, and set back by the news of his death.

Take good care of yourself. May a day come soon when you and your family remember Bud with more smiles than tears..

.

I had the privilege of working for and with Clarence in many of the same capacities during my career in the Public Service. In that 34 years, I would consider Clarence amongst the “cream of the crop”. He was professional, dedicated and easy to talk to. His decision making was always grounded in common sense and he had the ability to find common ground when oftentimes none seemed to exist. All wrapped up with a good sense of humour. Couldn’t ask for anything more.!! My sincere condolences to his family and many friends.

Sincere condolences to the Randell family at this sad time. My husband ,John, spoke highly of Bud. both as a friend and valued colleague.
