Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Curtis share the news of his passing.   Predeceased by his parents James and Emma; his two brothers Gerald and Harry; brother-in-law Robert Green.

Leaving to mourn his brothers Herb (Gertrude), Fred (Doris), and Randy (Brenda); sisters Ann Green and Roxanne Crocker (Paul);  sisters-in-law Sheila Cross and Una Marsden, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Curtis started work at a young age at NL Farm Products, now Country Ribbon, and he worked there throughout his life until a few years ago. His love of walking and biking was visible all over town, whether you knew him or not, there was always a friendly chat. His sense of humor, storytelling, and always there for a laugh will be remembered.

Cremation has taken place.  A visitation will be held at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 2-9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2nd.

A brief service will take place at graveside on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.

So sorry to hear of Curtis passing. Curtis was a gentle man who had an infectious laugh. May he rest in peace. My condolences to all his family but especially to Roxanne because there was nothing that she didnt do for him. Rest In Peace Bud, You will be missed. Hugs Roxanne

I was so truly devastated to hear the passing of Curtis. Curtis was always a fine,friendly guy with always a smile that welcomed you into his company.
