Sorry to hear of Mr. Sear’s passing. I didn’t know him well but I remember being a little girl passing by his house with my dog Jenny. Jenny wanted a squirrel that was hanging out in his tree and I was so embarrassed but he laughed and decided to help my dog by shaking the tree to get the squirrel down. I can’t remember if she got the squirrel or not but it’s a funny memory of a kind man helping the neighborhood dog!
