Mr. Banfield was such a nice man. He treated everyone with kindness. I was a friend of Glenn’s and he always made me and all the kids who came to his house feel welcomed. I remember a trip to the cottage in Bay Largent when he took Glenn and I out cod jigging. It was a wonderful experience and a memory I will cherish forever. He will be missed.

Henry, Lloyd, Frank & sister Jean: Your brother was a wonderful person. He will be sincerely missed by all. May his soul rest in peace. Thomas & sister Christine Strickland of Burgeo, NL. My friends Henry & Lloyd worked on the Marine Atlantic’s ferries with me from Terrenceville to Burgeo.
