So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing.. My Mom and your Mom were such good friends for so many years. And of course Bridge Club was such a big part of that! I often think of what a time they would have had together at Kenny’s Pond had my Mom not passed away before your Mom moved there.
May your precious memories comfort you during this sad time.

To Betty’s Family,
I am so sad to hear of Betty’s passing.. I got to know her from visiting my parents, Ron and Florence Torraville at Kenny’s Pond. Actually, your Dad was my Mom’s cousin. She was Florence Chaffey from Change Islands. When I can get back to KP to visit the friends I have made there I will miss Betty so much…we had such great chats. I have a recipe that we call Betty Jones’ Casserole and whenever I ,make it, I will think of her. God Bless.

So sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. Your mother was always so kind to me during those formative years on Kent Place. I will always remember her and your father.

My sincere condolences to Mrs. Jones family at this difficult time. I had the honour to care for her for a short time and in that time I grew very fond of her. I will miss her deeply and I will miss seeing her devoted daughter Julie every evening. May she Rest In Peace .

Sincere condolences to Betty’s family on her passing. Before she moved to Kenny’s Pond she was a long time member of The Good Companions at St. Davids church where she spent many hours of friendship, fun and food along with her love of bridge.

Sympathy from the group and the many volunteers who knew her. Blessings, Kay Scott
