Obituary
Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park, surrounded by her family, on Monday, December 5, 2022 at the age of 82 years. Emily was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Predeceased by husband Frederick, son Wayne, grandson John Michelin, sister Lillian (Ernest) Diamond, and brothers Douglas, David, and Lewis. Leaving to mourn her children: David (Suzanne), Randy (Fiona), Dianne Greeley (Cyril), and Michelle Coady (Donald); thirteen grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; sister Patricia Jennings (Gilbert); sisters-in-law Joyce Rideout, Ruth Rideout and Masie Rideout; and a large number of other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Chancellor Park for their excellent care of Mom during her stay; and her special friend and caregiver Jeanette Holwell for her faithful devotion over the years.
Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, December 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 9 at 2 p.m. Emily will be laid to rest with her husband Frederick in the Salvation Army Cemetery on Blackmarsh Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Emily’s memory may be made to the Janeway Foundation.

So Sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Have lost touch with her this past few years but we talked on the phone lots years past especially when your Aunt Lill and my Aunt Kit were alive!! They were all So close and like Extended family!!
