Obituary
Passed peacefully away on November 22, 2021, George Allen age 87 years of Portugal Cove, former long-time CN employee. Leaving to morn his loving wife June of 68 years, children Lance (Joyce Howell), Lynn (Bob French), Larry (Trish Dooling). Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, November 25 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service to be held on Friday, November 26, at 2:00 PM at Carnell’s Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in George’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
