So sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. He was the face of road running and race walking back in the seventies and always encouraged me to take part in the road races when there were only a handful of runners. I am still running today. Rest In Peace Gordon.

I was saddened this morning to hear of Gord’s passing, he was such a nice man and always so mild mannered. I last saw him at Dominion probably about a year and a half or two years ago and we had a nice little chat. He coxed many a crew at the Regatta many years ago and even our crew a few times if Forrest wasn’t there. I would also see him at work from time to time when he worked at NLHC. I know all of you will miss him so much but you have a lot of wonderful memories to keep him in your hearts.. Take Care & God Bless
