Both Marie and I have wonderful memories of Aunt Harriet. In fact, she, along with John and Betty, was able to visit with us in Victoria several years ago in our home by the ocean, which she loved. Her faith in God, her kindness, and her love for her family will be an eternal legacy. I know we will all be reunited some day in our heavenly home where she is spending Christmas this year. Love and prayers to all the family.

Ethel & family,
Sorry to learn of your Mother’s passing. No matter the age, it’s always difficult to say good bye. May cherished memories fill your mind, warm your heart and lead you through the days ahead. God Bless.

To Ethel, Enos, Sherry, & Karen: Sincerest condolences from Mom and me on the passing of your mother and grandmother. What a long and full life to have lived! Thinking of all of you at this difficult time. Take care xo

I am sending along condolences on behalf of my Mom, Addie Thornhill and I too want to send along condolences . Moms parents( Johnny and Maggie Major) lived next door to Luke and Harriett in Fortune. Mom often speaks very fondly of their family friendship and still , to this day, will inquire as to everyone’s whereabouts, through a mutual friend . .She wants to make sure you know she is thinking about all of you .

So sorry to hear of Mrs Foote’s passing. When she was no longer able to attend church and home league , we enjoyed visiting her at the Home . She always wanted us to sing some choruses with her . She was such a lovely lady and will be missed . My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To all my Foote girl cousins, I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Harriett’s passing, Only less than two weeks after loosing my own mother, I feel your loss. Aunt Harriett was one of the kindest and nicest person that you could ever meet. Knowing that will give you peace and comfort during this sad time. Take care and God Bless.

My deepest condolences to Mrs. Foote’s family. I met your mom many times when she and my mother (Dorothy Prior) were neighbours at Masonic Park. She was such a lovely and gracious lady.
I told my mom this morning and she was deeply saddened at the news. She has so many fond memories of your mom, their chats and shared activities, especially at their church. Rest In Peace Mrs. Foote and fly high with the angels.

Sincere condolences to the Foote family. I have fond memories of Aunt Harriett and Uncle Luc visiting us in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Harriett was a truly lovely lady in every way. My Mom and Harriett’s sister, Ruth Hatt (nee Purchase) also extends her sincerest condolences to the Foote family and extends her love and fond memories
A life well lived in every way xoxo
