Obituary
Passed peacefully away surrounded by family at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, December 31st, 2023, Joyce Crewe age 81. Predeceased by parents Willam and Elfreda Chapman, husband Alex, Son Roger, and sisters Helen and Shirley.
Left with fond and loving memories are her daughter Brenda, grand-daughter Tiffany Noftle, brother Robert (Elsie) Chapman, Sisters Marie Morgan and Marlene (Eugene) Francis, brother-in-law John (Grace) Crewe, daughter-in-law Karen Crewe, and very special Niece Shirley Mahon. As well as a large number of extended family and friends.
Special thanks to the Mount Pearl Square Dialysis Unit for their exceptional care during the last eleven years.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation and funeral to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arthritis Society or All Saints Church, Foxtrap.
Brenda, I am so sorry for your loss. I knew your mom from years ago when she worked at One Stop on the corner of Neil’s Line in Manuel’s. she was a beautiful lady inside and out. Condolences to you, your daughter and the rest of her family.

I am saddened to learn of your Mom/Nan’s passing.. I remember her warm welcome to your home when we were school friends and her faithful support to you, Tiffany in school, Girl Guides, and I’m sure all your activities. She led you both by example to be strong, kind and caring women. Let her love continue to guide and comfort you now and always.

I worked with your Mom at One Stop in Manuels She was a very nice and kind lady, who loved her Family deeply
We had many laughs together .
Soon as I saw her picture I remember that beautiful smile.
