Obituary
Passed peacefully away on January 17, 2020 at the Health Sciences Complex, Mary Ann Cofield, age 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Harold; parents George and Clara Starks; sisters Jean Neville, Kathleen Starks, Lorraine Underhay; and brothers George Starks and Chesley Starks. Also leaving to mourn sons Charlie (Marilyn) and Dan; daughters Ruth and Darlene (Sandy) Eaton; brothers Charlie, Bill (Maud) and Fred (Ruby); sisters Marie Hynes, Maisie (Gordon) Wilson, Eleanor Churchill; 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday, January 26 from 2–4 and 7–9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 27 at 2:00 pm from the Carnell Memoral Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Gathering Place.
