It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy-Lee Blake at the young age of 51. Predeceased by her father Alvin Blake and baby sister Daphne Blake. Leaving to mourn with beautiful and loving memories are her son Timothy Blake and daughter Kayla Blake (Chris), and her grandchildren McKinley, Raegan, and Chase Blake. Also leaving to mourn is her mother Daphne Blake; her sisters: Cindy Eady (Junior), and Kathy Blake (Scott); her brothers: Derek Blake, and David Blake (Krista) and their families as well as a large extended family and friends.

Nancy had a long battle with lung cancer and heart disease, but this didn’t stop her from living her life to the fullest. Her grandchildren were the light of her life- she would often finish up long days of chemo and radiation treatments and come directly to spend hours with her three grandchildren.

Nancy had a special way about her, she would light up any room that she would walk into and she had a way about her that could make anyone feel loved. Her light would outshine any light that was surrounding her – her ability to make you feel loved and cared about was unlike any other and her ability to make you laugh was captivating. She was truly one of a kind.

Resting at Carnell’s Funeral home, 329 Freshwater Rd. from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30th.

Funeral service to be held on Thursday March 31st, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow.
