Obituary

With broken hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Neville Basil Oliver at the age of 47 years.

Neville is predeceased by his grandparents, Jim and Rita Oliver and Basil and Mary Young.

Leaving to mourn and remember with much love, his parents, Hubert and Linda Oliver;
sister Beverly (Sissy); twin brother, Nelson; nieces, Brittany and Serena; nephew, Kevin; great nephews, Gavin and Nathan; as well as a large number of aunts and uncles and cousins at home and away.

Neville captured the hearts of many who met him. A kind and gentle soul, thought of by his nieces as a big teddy bear with the greatest hugs.

A buddy to his nephew, little brother and go to person to his Sissy. His twin brother’s other half and sole mate. His mother’s baby boy, but above all else, his father’s rock. Neville lived with his dad for many years. They were joined at the hip. Neville loved all his family, but his dad was his heart and soul. We are all so grateful to have had him in our lives. He will be remembered always.

The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, March 6th from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm.

A funeral service will be held in the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, March 7th at 1PM.

Flowers are graciously accepted, and donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
