Obituary
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Raymond Isaacs (formerly of Burin) announce his passing on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the age of 82 years.
Predeceased by his parents Norman and Florence Isaacs of Burin.
Leaving to mourn, sister Sylvia; nephew Stephen (Tina, Noah, and Emma) and a large circle of family and friends including The Society of United Fishermen, Lodge #5 (60+ years) and Masonic Hiram Lodge #3, Burin (50+ years).
The family would like to thank staff and residents of Meadow Creek Personal Care Home for their kindness and support.
Resting at Carnell’ s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday, January 26th, 2024, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
Funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at 12:30 pm. Internment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Rd.
In lieu of flowers, donations can me made in his memory to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Burin or a charity of one’s choice.

RIP cousin Raymond. Many wonderful childhood memories of you, Burin and how you laughed at my silly questions. You even taught me how to make those little flies for the end of your fishing rods. I know I was awful at it but you just laughed & encouraged me to try again. Heavenly hugs.
