Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Roy Jerome Quilty on January 26th, 2022, at the age of 66. Predeceased by his soul mate and love of his life, Catherine Spurrell.
Leaving to mourn numerous family and friends – ‘Cha’
In lieu of flowers, a donation made be made in Roy’s name to the Children’s Wish Foundation.

I’m very saddened to hear of Roys passing, I send my deepest condolences to all his family!!
Those smiles always greeted you as you walked into their home.
From our food fights on Thanksgiving to corn eating contests, dancing with mummers, snowman building on sissys birthdays, your famous fried chicken at 11 pm, to learning how to moonwalk even though you said “no Jane”, you gave it a go anyway. Always willing to try anything and laugh until we all cried. A lot of dance miles on that ole kitchen floor.
So many memories that will live forever in our hearts.
I know you both are at peace, now that you are together again.

Roy I’ll never forget the time myself, mom & dad were out to yours & Cathys home one Christmas time. We had the best of times. I’m so sorry to hear this news today. My deepest condolences to your family at this time.
You’re with the one you love Cathy now, along with Dad, brother Brian and your mom,, and that gives me solace. I won’t ever forget your smile, your laugh nor your gentle soul. Love you Roy and I’ll miss you . I raise a beer to you and say a final CHA, until we meet again.
My thoughts and prayers are with the familiy.
Roy and Cathy will always be remembered as I have lots of fond memories.

Rot traumatized me as a very young teenager! I had my hair in a ponytail He told me I looked like a Volkswagen with the doors opened LOL Never wore one again! Him, Cass and myself had a great laugh about it when I was home one year. Have so man memories!
