Obituary
It is with heavy hearts our family announces the sudden passing of Sandra Ann Reid (nee Clarke) aged 53 years on September 2, 2022. Predeceased by her husband Robert, her parents Tom and Eileen Clarke (nee Lawrence) and her Sister Donna McDonald. Leaving to mourn her son Robbie, Brothers Tommy (Kim), Simon (Maliny) and sister Deanne (Fred), brother-in-law Tony. Nephews Michael, Ethan, Mason, Jayson, Ryan. Nieces Megan and Enya. Sandra would also want a special mention of Aunt Marie and Uncle Vic who kept in touch and went to see her on their most recent visit to Newfoundland. Also left to mourn with fond memories of the funny, loving, and kind-hearted Sandra we all knew is a large circle of friends and the Clarke, Lawrence and Reid families.
Family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, September 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 9 at 12:30 pm. Sandra will be laid to rest with her husband Robert in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted.

Sandra was a bright and beautiful person.
She was at Kidcorp when my daughter was there 25 years ago. Sandra was a kindhearted, dedicated, amazing person who had so much to offer this world. May her gentle soul rest in peace

Deanne, Tommy, Simon and her precious son Robbie. Uncle Vic and I loved Sandra with all our heart. She was so loving, playful and we loved her dearly. So glad we got to see her our our recent trip back to Newfoundland. I remember her joy, hugs and tears when she saw us. Her Aunt Marie reminded her of her mom, Eileen.

I am saddened to hear of Sandra’s sudden passing . I am out of town snd unable to attend her wake and funeral but my thoughts snd prayers are with you all . Sandra was an instrumental part of KIDCORP and it’s early success . She was confident and always had a smile and a hug for every child and kind words for all her co-workersI.
