DJ and Adam, My thoughts are with you at this time.

Sharon came into my life in the mid 1990’s when I was a home care worker for Kevin and Regina while completing my university education. Of all the time I spent in your home I was always made to feel welcome there..
Although the work time ended, the connection did not. When I would speak to Sharon she had a way of making me feel like catching up with an old friend.
The love she had for Kevin and Regina, and especially for you boys, your dad, and more recently her grandson was incredible. Take care.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences to all the Pynn and Moyst Families on your great loss. Her legacy of love of life and warm generosity is something you all should be very proud of. May she rest in peace 🕊️
With heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers,
Andrea & Gary Penney and Family

It was very sad to hear that Sharon had passed away. I worked with Sharon for several years at CIBC. When I moved to another location she always went out of her way to drop in for a visit and a chat. . Sharon was a hard working lady at work and at home. She loved her boys and no doubt her grandson who I did not meet, however I am sure she was the best Nan . Sharon was everything described in this beautiful send off by her family. DJ, Adam, my heart is filled with sadness for both of you. Cherish the beautiful memories of your Mom, as I am sure there are many.

Sharon was an angel on earth. She spent her whole life caring for others and giving of herself. We are all blessed for having known her and for the life lessons and guidance she shared.

I never got the opportunity to meet Don but how she lit up when she spoke of him – her love for him was evident. I know she is in his arms right now with that same twinkle in her eye. I can’t imagine the pain of losing your mother but I hope that thought brings you comfort.

My condolences to you both! May she rest easy.

So sorry to hear of Sharon’s passing. She was a joy to work with, always smiling. Sincere condolences, Jennifer Goodyear.

Émile stayed with Sharon for 2 years while attending Memorial University and has fond memories of staying there. Sharon was always happy to chat and offer stories, wisdom and share pots of her delicious homemade jam. I was lucky to meet her through Émile and we always made a point to see her if we were in St. John’s.
Even though it’s been almost 10 years since we met Sharon, the kindness and generosity that she showed to us, as individuals and as a couple will not be forgotten. May she rest in peace.

We are so sorry to hear of Sharon’s passing. Our son, Andrew boarded with Sharon for the 2 years he attended college. We can honestly say that he could not have had a better “mother” while he ways there. She always showed so much kindness and love toward him and treated him as one of her own. He always went to visit her anytime he was in St. John’s. Heaven has certainly gained another angel. We will miss you. RIP sweet Sharon.
