Obituary

Telsie Caroline Pick, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 after an extended stay at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital.

She leaves to mourn her husband Gordon, sons Michael (Daragh), Stephen (Nancy) , grandchildren Cal, Ezra, and Birch, brothers Wilfred Compton (Mildred) and Max Compton (June), sister Helen Kung, along with nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her father Lemuel Compton, mother Ida Compton, brother Harvey Compton, sister Alma Noseworthy, nephew Danny Compton, and brother in-law Harry Kung.

Telsie was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who, in her later years, enjoyed her time gardening, baking and making preserves, and spending time with friends and family, especially with her grandchildren.

The family would like to send our sincere appreciation to the staff of the ICU and 4 West at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital for the compassionate care they provided to Telsie during her illness.
